Flow Atelier

A clear working agreement

Terms of use

Effective: 17 October 2026 · Operator: Fırat · Flow Atelier

Flow Atelier is independent software for organizing AI-assisted work. Workspace access is limited to people authorized by its operator.

1. Scope and access

These terms cover this public information site and the separate Flow Atelier workspace. The site does not offer public workspace registration, sell subscriptions or collect payments. Workspace access is arranged directly with the operator at kplanfrat@gmail.com. Access must not be used to view another account's private information or to circumvent permissions.

2. Connected accounts and services

Connect only services and content you are authorized to use. You remain responsible for the permissions you grant, tasks you request, sharing you accept and third-party usage costs. External services, including Google, Canva and AI providers, have their own terms, approval processes and quotas. Flow Atelier does not guarantee access to a third-party API or uninterrupted service.

3. Research and generated content

AI outputs may contain errors, omissions or unsuitable content. Review product files, source attribution, licences, intellectual-property concerns and listing claims before using or publishing them. Google Search keyword estimates are not Etsy search volumes, sales figures or a guarantee of demand. Flow Atelier does not guarantee sales, search rankings, commercial success or acceptance by a marketplace.

4. Execution and approval controls

Workflows use the tools, budgets and approval settings configured for them. Creating or saving a workflow does not by itself start execution. Enabled repeat conditions may start subsequent work after an explicit run and the required completion conditions. You are responsible for reviewing your configuration and stopping work you no longer want to run. A technical completion status is not an endorsement of output quality.

5. Content and permitted use

You retain any rights you hold in content you provide. These terms do not grant rights in third-party designs, trademarks, data or AI outputs that the operator does not own. Do not use the workspace for unlawful activity, credential theft, unauthorised account access, deceptive listings or violations of connected-service policies.

6. Privacy and stored results

The Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, used, stored and shared, including Google data. Keep independent copies of important results. Availability of stored records depends on the operation and maintenance of this private service.

7. Availability and changes

The software is provided on an as-available basis without a promise that every feature or output will be error-free. Features may change, and access may be restricted for maintenance, security or misuse. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Updated terms will be published here with a revised effective date.

8. Contact

For questions about these terms, access or privacy, contact Fırat at kplanfrat@gmail.com.
